High mileage at Rouge

I visited Club Rouge from about 9:15 to 11:15 pm on Tuesday Sep 5, the day after Labor Day. I think the sign on the door said they open at 10:30 am, so the 6 pm open listed may be inaccurate. The club is near the major downtown hotels, I walked about 4 blocks to get there. A bouncer checked ID and I paid a cover of $5. I think that cover starts at 9 pm. It's a large rectangular room nicely decorated capable of holding probably 60 to 80 people. There are a pair of joined stages in the center, one circular and the other oval in shape.

Chairs were next to the stages, which were a convenient height for tipping and had ledges to hold drinks. Booths farther back from the stage. There were also 3 smaller stages against one of the long walls of the room. Past the stages was the bar on one side of the room and past that a kitchen, so food is offered. Across from the bar are a row of video lottery machines. At the far end of the room is the lap dance area. There is also a fancy looking VIP room near the main entrance, I suppose this is the room that was quoted as $1000 for an hour.

A couple of TV screens were showing sports. When I got there there were only about 5 customers but this increased to 20 to 30 as the night went on. There were two waitresses and I had bottled water for $5.
