How does this place stay open.

I have went here a few times and usually it is a little after they open. Twice there were no dancers. This last time there was 2 dancers and neither was better than a 4. I watched them both on stage and tipped a few dollars each song. After the 2nd dancer was fine she asked if I wanted a dance. I did, and I think it was $20 per song to the bar and the same to the dancer.

I would be OK with forty a song if the dancers were hot and touching was allowed. Not the case I barely touched her butt and got yelled at by the guy working there. I want to have fun here, but it hasn't happened yet. Pennsylvania has some weird clubs. Why can't everywhere be like Detroit?
