It is what it is

Now that I live in Maryland, when I come back to town I will usually go out with friends one night to either RocVenus, Electric Blue or Mardi Gras II. Went to RocVenus on a Friday night around mid-night, there was a $10 cover which is right in line with the other two clubs mentioned on a Friday night. It has been a while since the I've been to RocVenus and they've re-done the lap dance area and lowered dance prices from $30 to $20. They also have a bartender named Logan who used to dance over at Mardi Gras and she was a lot of fun to chat with.

Now for the unfortunate part, she was the best looking girl in the place. If you like white strippers this may not be the place for you, at least that's what I saw. Mainly back or Latin strippers. Most of them were between 4's-6's, nothing to ugly but nothing too hot either. They weren't anything to write home about looks wise, but at least they tried to dance on the pole, which is something you can't always say about the girls at the EB. Customer wise there was about 15 people spread out between the bar/pole/outside smoking.

Of those 15, I'd say 8 of them were regulars who basically just sat at the bar to drink and weren't there to throw any money around. I'm not sure how some of those girls made enough money. They used to have an outdoor smoking area that was fenced in with a picnic table, but currently that area is under construction. All in all not a bad place to go to have a drink and throw a couple bucks after work, but if you're looking to go all out I'd say check out another place.
