The Right Day

Tuesday was the 5th day of the month following a holiday weekend. The club was packed with dancers. I believe there were more dancers than I'd ever seen in HL. Many were new to me.

I wasn't surprised since I'd chosen to come in anticipating this was the last day for dancers to pay rent and many had taken the weekend off. One of my favorites told me there was lots of conversation in the dressing room about the need to make money that day.

Since the number of customers was average for a summer afternoon, there might have been 3 dancers per customer.

The average quality of the dancers was about a 7. Fortunately, most of my HL favorites were also there, averaging an 8, and very appreciative of dances. I had great floor dances from 4 of them, then went to VIP which we literally had to ourselves.
