Tried Again

I hadn't been to this club in two or three years. I did not like their membership policy. I had signed up in January, when the membership ran for a year from the time you signed up. Then they changed the policy, so that all memberships ran from QApril 1 to March 31, the following year. In effect they cut my membership from a year to 3 months. I did not reup, feeling screwed.

But recently I fond out one of my Atfs was working there, so I thought I'd take a shot. I had to pay a $5 cover, not being a member, but was promised the $5 would go towards a full membership ($10) if I got it before I left.

That visit I sat and talked with an attractive dancer, didn't get a dance, but she was interesting and I was hoping that my ATF would be there the next time, so since I already had $5 invested, I went for the other $5 and got the membership.
