Friday Night Party

This place had been on my radar for a while because of the reviews. So when I found myself in the area for work I just had to check it out. Am I glad I did! Like a lot of the clubs in Brooklyn, IL., this is an all black club with a few white and hispanic customers sprinkled in. It was a non stop party from the time I got there (late afternoon) to the time I left (late at night) and I loved every minute of it.

I got there early afternoon and made my way to the front door. Before you even go inside they use a metal detector on you right on the sidewalk in front of the club. I could see I was getting plenty of looks from all the cars stopped at the stop light. Once I got the go ahead I went into the club. The place was pitch black. There was no cover.

Once my eyes adjusted I made my way to the bar. The place was pretty crowded for an afternoon. I found one of the few opens barstools and took a seat on the far left side of the bar. I ordered a $5 Miller Lite bottle and surveyed the room.
