Odd happy hour at the Post

I stopped at the Post on my way home from work. I got there at 6 pm and found a spot at the bar. There were a few free seats at the bar, and the bartenders were great. In my experience - the bartenders are always attentive and friendly.

There were several dancers working the stage, most appeared to be sexy latinas, and they ranged from 7-9 in terms of ratings. Basically, you couldn't go wrong with the selection. Each dancer was friendly and there was the usual dollar parade after their stage dances. The dancers don't pressure you to buy dances, and the vibe is nice and relaxed.

It appeared that there were several regulars at the bar - and I am not a regular - so that might explain why I wasn't able to get a dancer to take to the private dance area? I'm still a bit confused over why I didn't get any offers. There may be more action down at the lower area that is closer to the private dance booths. I am going to give it another shot tonight - as I think this is a great club and I'm sure that my trip was just an odd experience.
