I recently made my first Playhouse trip since the N.J. smoking ban went into effect. The difference in the air quality wasn't as great as I had expected, but a positive side effect was that more ladies were circulating, rather than hanging around at the corner of the bar outside the dressing room talking and puffing away. Maybe this intensified the dollar parade, but I've always said you don't spend that much more at the Playhouse than you would as an active tipper ringside at the GoGoRama or Delilah's, to give two examples any Jersey strip club fan should know. You also get more for your buck at the PH.

I've started to notice a subtle change in my LD selections. When I discovered the PH in '03 I went straight for the highest mileage in the house, as chosen by the reviewers here on TUSCL. (They do not lie.) Now I'm trending toward the less aggressive and more sensual dancers, whose mileage is still off the scale anywhere else. The very best, of course, max out the Peter Meter on both counts.
