better visit but still needs improvement

Based on my prior experience at this club, I had no desire to visit this place but my friend insisted, so I did on a Sunday afternoon. Signs of construction was still there and place still looks cramp to me, although the place looks for organized than last time. The manager welcomed my friend and I as we sat down, which was nice touch. Since we came in shortly after 1, we were one of the few customers there and there were about 6 -7 dancers working, which most ranging from 5-6 and one PR dancer that caught our attention was probably a 7+, as she had nice set of boobs (not natural but well done). Since neither of us drink, we had a coke which was $4 and $1 tip to the waitress.

After the PR dancer did her dance set, we got her attention and she came over to talk to us. She was able to talk my friend into getting an VIP dance, actually I pay half which clinched my friend's decision to accept the VIP. I gave my friend $100 so he could pay for the room, the don't believe that was the cost of the room(think it was $50 special that day), and my friend paid the dance PR for the dance. After spending 15 mins with the dancer, my friend mentioned that she only gave him a covered BJ and never the FS that was promised to him...so he wasn't too happy. Given his disappointment, we just decided to leave shortly afterwards. So advice is to make sure the dancer does what she promise before paying upfront.
