Quality a little off for DD standards

Tuesday evening from 7-9 pm, DD seemed a little off its typical high standards. There were very few customers, which made it easy to get attention from the dancers. Unfortunately there weren't any that I really wanted to spend time and $ on. It wasn't terrible, no one was hideous. But it just wasn't the usual endless parade of smokin hot Cubans that we have come to love and expect at DD. The girls were just average. Probably OK for most places, but not here. It could be that it is just the late summer south Florida doldrums.

Or as I have recently discovered, many Florida dancers travel to other cities during our "off season". But whatever the reason, it was just kind of slow and uninteresting this night. One girl told me that it was slow because school had just started - which made no sense to me. But given this club's "body of work" and proven reputation for high quality / high mileage, I'll simply chalk this up to an off night - unless I find this to be a trend. But I fully expect DD to be back to "normal" by my next visit. There hasn't been any change in policy since I was routinely quoted the standard rates for everything on the menu.
