Why open the doors

As I continued my drop ins of clubs around town I decided to visit Foxy Lady today. Not sure why I bothered.

Had not been here in a few years and had minimal success here in the past. Club layout is basically the same, although there have been a few cosmetic changes and upgrades. Place did look cleaner than I remembered, even though the parking lot was just as rough.

Anyway walked in and had a seat at the bar. Gave my eyes a minute to adjust to the dark. Bartender came over and $5 got me a decent pour of the well bourbon. There were two other patrons visible, one sitting at a table by himself deeply involved in a relationship with his phone. The other looked to be a biker with a Rebel Flag on the back of his "colors" (no bike was visible in the parking lot). He was talking to the only visible dancer, an AA girl who looked to be late teens, maybe 20. She told me later she was 28. I ask the bartender and she says only the one girl in at the moment but more should be arriving in about 30-40 minutes.
