Tame and Lame
I was in Atlanta recently and after enjoying typical Follies daytime fun, I decided to try this place out to see if it could make for a passable nighttime experience (since I had resolved I wasn't going to have anything to do with Follies at night).
I have to say...I was not impressed. The girls were ok but the lap dances I saw on the floor were PG-rated, and after spending time in Follies they seemed even lamer than they otherwise would have. There were really only two or three girls that caught my eye and they seemed to know they were the bee's knee in this place so they always seemed to be occupied. When I finally got a dance, it was enough to confirm that there wasn't going to be much fun to be had here.
I also have to say I was not a fan of the music selection. I think I heard "I Love Rock N Roll" three times in the 1.5 hrs I was there. It's like the unofficial theme song of this place. I totally get how this would be ideal for some. All in all, I probably prefer rock to hip hop outside in the real world, but when I'm getting a LD in a strip club I want to hear something a little more contemporary (i.e. urban/modern), as opposed to Joan Jett or AC/DC. Different strokes. But I guess that's what makes Tattletale so appealing to some. And that's great.
