Louie's Sucks!

It's customer discrimination at its worst, especially if you're not a regular or a Latino. It seems that the girls, particularly Latinas, are too picky and it annoys a lot of a non-regulars who want to have fun once-in-a-blue-moon. Certain customers are tired of being treated like they are invisible, even though they have money to spend.

It wouldn't be worth being a regular because you might have better things to do and spend money on than go to that dump at least once a week. Besides, horny customers aren't there to see some girl sit down with some regular for a long time and don't get the chance to get a dance from her. Keep disappointing the non-regulars or non-Latino patrons and they will go somewhere else where they can be treated like kings. That's just the way it'll go next time.
