Low-Key Club
It's been a while since I've come to this place - I believe it was called Gentleman's Choice for a while, but now it's back its old name, L'Axe.
A pretty quiet place - stage in the middle, with chairs on the side, a little bar closer to the back, and then a section of booths at the end. I came in at the beginning of the evening shift, so it was pretty quiet, with only about a half dozen dancers. It seems to be a largely francophone club - most of the dancers were French-speaking, as were the customers, and I didn't speak any English while I was there.
The dancers were cute, but not gorgeous. Spent a little time with a dancer who usually works in rural parts of Quebec and Ontario; she was lots of fun and gave some pretty good dancers. But in general, I'm guessing it's a little hit-and-miss here when it comes to the quality of the dancers.
