Reversal of Fortune

In the day I spent more time (and money) than I'd like to admit in the MBOT. And that should surprise no one, because the place was a riot of sensuality, teeming with beautiful women wearing little or no clothes who would caress, stroke, and grind a guy into sexual apotheosis, Yes, it was expensive, but not that expensive, particularly when one considered what he was getting - I still become priapic thinking about it. I miss those girls.

But then came a hiatus of several years. I can only speculate why I went on Sabbatical, although there were rumblings of a decline in quality and new pricing schemes that were depressing. But only recently, I decided to dip my toe into the water again, albeit on a Tuesday, late, not necessarily when the joint was jumping. Still, it was as if Palm Springs morphed into Detroit. (And I know Detroit is a cool place going undercover as a war zone, so sorry Detroit.)

The dancers who were there with me were - oh, I don't want to body shame anyone, and I didn't get to know them, but they were not MBOT material as I recalled MBOT material to be. And the prices that were quoted were so high and the dances so short that a depressed exit after buying a show was inevitable.
