Just another strip club visit...

There are many Delilah's around in Jersey, and they are all owned by different people. When you arrive, the sign outside reads: Voted the BEST men's strip club in America. So, you think, cool, this place is going to be fun. Then you take a look around, and you should probably have filled out your will prior to getting out of your car to enter.. BUT don't judge a book by its cover I have always been told, after all, it reads THE BEST.

You enter, VERY dark, and you are met by a rather rude staff. The lighting is so dark it is very difficult to see anything when you first walk in. I was told "remove your hat" so I am figuring we are walking in to a pretty classy joint. Paid our cover charge, which I frankly do not remember what it was (sorry.. BUT, it should not matter it was to much)..

We sat in a few of the chairs, part of mine was taped together, the girl dancing crawled over towards us (there was no one else in the area sitting) and smiled.. I think she had two teeth, and the way she was crawling, well, she may have knocked them out on the stage somewhere. But you feel so badly for her you have to give her a couple of dollars.. BAD start but it is the BEST right? next dancer will be better.. Next dancer makes her way down the stairs.. Well, she looked like she just dragged out of the closest homeless shelter (which I am sure is on this block) and she was tossed out on the stage.. She clearly looked like she was working for a #7 value meal at Wendy's.. Our waitresses continuously asked us if we wanted another beer, we would say yes, it would never come. Now, in her defense the BEST strip club in America was JAMMED, oh, wait, no it wasn't it was just us, my bad, she was pretty sad.. FINALLY a relatively hot dancer came out, but what I found VERY odd for the BEST STRIP club in America is, they don't STRIP!! Supposedly they can not take their clothes off because they serve alcohol. Frankly, I think that is crap. I think they do not take their clothes off because management knows whatever customers they do have would run out into traffic.
