Slow season on the block

Most people have covered the logistics of getting to Norma jeans. There's on street parking as well as parking garages. If you park in the garage directly across the street the price is 10 and up depending on the night. If you park on the street it is $2 an hour. It is enforced around midnight so just pay the meter. On this particular night there was no cover charge. I was surprised because as of late there has been at least a $5 cover every night.

When I got in the club I realized why there was no cover. The club was almost empty. I was one of 4 customers at 11:30pm on a Monday. The good thing was that there were still some decent dancers on shift, but not the typical selection. Usually you could find your pick if 7-8a etc. This night it was more limited. Nonetheless the drink prices are still $8. So I had a couple drinks and a slow night at Norma jeans still offers a better selection than any other urban club on the block. So I stayed til about 1 am and had a good time. Still I was surprised to see it that slow, hopefully it's just seasonal.
