An exploratory visit

Arrived on a Sunday around 22:30. No cover. Busy with no free seats downstairs, but some up on the 2nd level. Many many girls.

The club is well laid out, and plenty of big TV screens showing sports if the ladies and people watching aren’t your thing. I noticed several couples having food at their booth, looks like a good plan if you find a favorita.

My first time in here. Plan was to make it a trial run for trips I have later in the year to San Diego. A good plan as the vibe of this club doesn’t fit my normal preferences of low hustle and a focus on regulars; this place is more akin to full blown ‘classy’ niteclub with very good and very loud sound and clever ways to suck out your $$.

I walked around for 10 minutes or so, that was a smart move. There are several sub-areas in the club and little territories covered by certain meseros and certain girls. I went up to the balcony area upstairs, near to where a couple of my initial fancies were hanging out.

As soon as I sat down mesero 143 came over and I ordered a beer. My first drink I tipped an extra $5 in the hope that would mean he’d be onside (it didn’t, it meant he kept asking for $5 tips .. my mistake #1).
