Not Worth It

This club is located on the north side of Charlotte. Not too hard to find but on a divided part of the street. Set back from the road and not much to look at from the outside. Parking is in front of the club (about 6 spots) and to the left of the building behind an auto shop. Seemed safe – about 20 or so spots. Enter to the front. Small lobby with a door girl. I arrived about 8 pm on a Friday night. I used a coupon from the website – so no charge and no hassle. They do ask for ID.

And they do write your name down on some list. You than pass through another door and into the club. The inside of the club is actually pretty nice, considering what the outside looked like. When you walk in, right in front of you is a pool table, to the right is an ATM machine and the bar. Pretty good size bar seats about 15. Straight to the back of the club is the stage, not very big. If you walk past the pool table – there is sort of an open room divider about the length of the pool table – not very big – but nicely separates the seating area from the pool table. (Probably makes it easier to play pool. In the middle of the club – seating with small table for about 30 – along the walls to the right are about 8 oversize chairs with small tables between them – to the left is an emergency exit, than 3 or 4 oversize chairs – than I assume the VIP area – it is in the back left corner, slightly raised are with it looked like 2 couches. Privacy appeared limited. When I arrived about 8 pm – about 6 customers and 5 dancers. So, I ordered a water ($5) and watched a pool game for a while as no dancers were on stage – after about 20 minutes they started calling dancers to stage. (I would say they dancers were in the 4-6 range). So, I think they do 2 but maybe 3 dances on stage. Had a couple of dancers approach me, politely turned them down, only one was very aggressive – asking 4 or 5 times if I wanted a dance. Oh yeah – The music was extremely loud. I had to ask one girl to repeat a question 3 times before I actually heard her. So, after an hour, I decided it was time to cut my losses and move on. I did see one guy getting some dances and there seem to be a fair amount of contact. They did have a couple of waitresses working, so you can get service at your table. I also did see a few girls walking in when I was leaving at 9 pm – nothing that made me want to turn around and walk back in. Not really sure I can recommend going to this place unless you are on the north side of the city and don’t want to drive to a club in the city. With that said, this club reminds me of clubs where randomly some smoking hot babe will show up for a few weeks and make it worth visiting.
