Well, I've done that now...
Spearmint Rhino was awesome for about six months after it first opened, but that was years ago now. Still, after that brief period when SR was importing high-quality talent from the other branches, I'd stop back every couple of months just to see if any intriguing new ladies had arrived. With few exceptions, I'd regret having made that decision. So, by the time I stopped back in a couple weeks ago, it had literally been maybe two years since I'd set foot inside.
I ended that long SR drought because of the reports of renovations, both architecturally/design-wise and, purportedly, in talent. The first part is clearly true, most notably the elimination of the weird stairway/bridge from the main stage to the bar. But I was driven out before I'd gotten a chance to do much scouting on the girls (though nothing I saw in the 15 minutes or so that I was there would have been in the top half of BD or Lodge rankings).
Honestly, walk onto a used car lot with a stack of hundreds in your fist and you won't see this kind of hustle from the staff. Apparently, the manager has sent forth an edict that every new arrival must be interviewed, given the tour, asked multiple times if there is anything that can be done for him, etc. Now, some small fraction of humanity might like that kind of attention in a strip club, but I belong to that far larger demographic that would rather be left to his own devices.
