Just OK

Had been to other CT clubs and decided to check it out. The place is clean and nice, and there's plenty of parking. And the drinks were reasonable and not watered down, and bar service was fine. I was drinking scotch, and what I ordered was what the served me, decent pours, and only slightly more expensive that what you'd expect from an upscale bar. It wasn't as crowded as one would expect on a Saturday night. The thing is the place lacked spark. The dancers perform behind the bar, which is weird, and when they did come out into the room they were less than friendly.

A couple went straight to dudes I assume were regulars, but it was a good hour before I caught a little brunette cutie's eye and she unenthusiastically asked me if I wanted a dance. There didn't seem to be a VIP room (and she didn't mention one) so I got my dance right out in the open, which, as a non-regular, was super weird. People pretended not to look, but c'mon! In this setting I wasn't about to start touching and I didn't! So, basically, for my $25 I got a couple minutes of this girl (and she was young and hot) kind of hovering around me with some incidental brushing up, and the opportunity to blush like a schoolgirl because we were surrounded by strangers!

Elan's is a pleasant enough place to go and look at tits, if that's what you're into, but if you're looking for "extras", or even mild titilation, well, maybe the clubs in the Southern part of the state are a better bet. And maybe the regulars have a different experience. I probably won't go back unless I'm really, really bored.
