The Journey Continues

So the wifey and I headed to Houston for a weekend get-away. We live in a small town in Louisiana so on occasion we take a road trip. While driving, she voice her desire to try a strip club in Houston. Now, this isn't our first rodeo as we have visited clubs frequently when we lived in Miami. I ask her does she want to do something different and hit a latin club, she was down! When I search for clubs I usually look for clubs that are couple friendly, this club was on the list so I thought we'd give it a try.

It was a Friday night so we thought there would be great action in this place, based off of previous reviews. We ubered our way over, breezed through security and payed the door entry. We sat down at an empty table about 30 feet from the stage, no other tables were open, at which point a waitress quickly approached and asked what we wanted to drink. While we waited for our drinks we scoped the place out. There weren't many things we liked at first glance. We like when there is a section surrounding the stage that you can sit at, throw dollars and get a good look at the talent. Here there are table surrounding the stage so if you don't have one of those tables you are not close to the action. We did see a couple of good looking girls out of the ~20 (range from 6 - 8) that were there however nothing too crazy. The worst part of the whole experience is that we were there for 2 to 3 hours and didn't even get a look from one girl. Now I'm a big black guy (athletic build) and wifey is exotic looking, 10/10, however they treated us like we were diseased, lol.

Crazy. This club is not couple friendly or they were scared of me or wifey or both. Don't be scared. Honestly I really don't know what the issue was however we decided to check out another club and we got the same treatment. At the second club we were more aggressive (approached the dancers) and got 4 dances from 2 different girls however it more fun when you find a girl that is is hype and is down to have fun without having to ask them to come over. Where are the clubs like that Houston?!!
