Henry's was small and laid out like some of the dive places in Portland, OR. By which I meant that it was obvious no one gave any thought to the layout. Some seating is raised, some are floor level. Some stages were a mini-square disco floor, some were narrow and surrounded by unpolished wood, some jut out from the bar. It was as though the owners went to Home Depot to grab whatever was on sale that day and added to this place over the decades.

Someone in our party postulated that the air filtration system had been recently replaced. While smokers abound, the air quality was not that bad. The sound system bled the high and low end but the volume was not obnoxiously loud so listening to the odd mix of country and metal was not an awful experience.

The dancers though, wow. Not a good "wow" by any means. It was fairly horrendous. While your money goes further here and at Bogart's, I only gave this place a "7" for value because you really should not be paying that much for this product anyway.
