Tijuana cops

I love this club for all the reasons people describe above. My only problem is with the cops. 2 times now i have been shaken down by the cops on the street in the neighborhood. Both times were the same: im minding my own business, the cops pull up, get out of the car and start asking me how much ive had to drink.

They eant to see my ID, then before i know it, theyve got my hands up against the car and they are searching through my wallet and my body and asking me repeatedly if im "carrying something." Its violating and scary. The same thing happenned to my friend. Any comments?
