Had a good time, not bad for the city.
After going to Vivid the night before, I decided to try out their sister club, Rick's. As I was entering the club, I told the doorman that I went to Vivid last night, and he waived the entrance fee, which was nice. Ricks is considerably larger than Vivid, so that was nice. Arrived at around 11pm, there were a good number of customers and girls there, but it quickly got more and more crowded as the night wore on. Girls ranged in size, shape & ethnicity. I'd say the range was 6 ~ 9. I like slim, fit, and spinners, so there were a few girls that fit my fancy.
Most of the girls were pretty friendly, with low pressure for dances. Some of the Russian girls were a little more aggressive with their sales pitches, but most can take a hint. At $20/song, I partook in a number of dances on the main floor from a few different dancers. The dances were pretty low mileage, but still very enjoyable. As the place got more and more crowded, it got harder and harder to find the girls that caught my eye because most of them were hanging out with the larger parties. There were more seats/poles/private rooms upstairs, but I didn't make it up there.
If I'm back in NYC, I'd check out Rick's again. I liked the vibe here over Vivid, and the selection of girls was better as well. Like most NYC clubs, it's a cool place to relax, take in some eye candy, and a few dances. Not a bad way to spend an evening as long as you have the $$$.
