Not Open

This club has been around in varipus iterations for decades. It's best run was circa 2009 to 2013 when the girl from Moracco owned/ran it. Prior to that it was shit hole with nasty old toothless dancers. They couldnt get a full liquor license at the time and even though there were a small number of decently pretty girls offereng good mileage it wasnt enough to stay open. After that it was closed for about a year and reopened for a number of months with old Jen of Jen's Den fame running it.

They redid the interior and it went from classy to poorly done finished basement primarily covering the surfaces in textured paint that quickly peeled. That version was quickly a failure as they couldn't attract dancers or even keep the AC running in sweltering summer heat. It then became a regular club that tried to cater to a younger artsy crowd. It was only open sporadically but a nice place with a clientele that all seemed to know each other. Kind of like a club house. Now for two years it's been closed. I ride by on occasion. I've seen dumpsters outside that made it look like someone was working on it but it never opened.

I was pleasantly surprised when member carlos_spiceyweiner posted it was open but with issues. I always have liked the place so I ventured out three times including a Friday and Saturday to get a look. Each time between 9 and 10 which should be prime time. Each time the neon "DOME" sign light was on. Each time there were no cars in the parking lot. Each time other potential customers pulled in with me or were leaving. Each time the doors were locked. So apparently staffing is even worse than carlos was lead to believe in his vist, i.e. nonexistent. I hope they work it out but for now don't make the trip.
