Off night or turning for the worse

Decided to drop into Mpire after a work function. It had been about 2 years since I last visited the club and was a little curious to see if things were the same. After the ID check I was told to go to the room on the lower level as the top level was "bottle service only". I was fine with that since I had never been to the lower level.

Other than a different color scheme, the lower level is setup pretty much the same as the top level with two stages and the bar between them. The ladies rotate from the top floor to the bottom and vice versa. In the past when I've visited Mpire on the top level I've always had a couple ladies sit down and chat with me for awhile. I'll usually buy them a drink but rarely if ever feel pressure to do so. This time, none of the gals were interested in chatting. After their dances they would make the rounds to gather their tips and then headed out the door towards the upper level. I was disappointed. I'll stop in again when I have some time and see if it was a one night thing or if this club is turning for the worse.
