Disappointed

I visited this club based on all the recommendations my friends had given me about this place, as well as the fact that at one point Tequila Sunrise had actually surpassed Red Parrot in rating here in TUSCL, so I had to see what the fuss was all about. I get there around 8 pm, and the place seems dead. I go inside and the guy at the door tells me "There are only 5 girls today"; almost as if saying "Are you sure you wanna come here?". I should have trusted my gut and gone to RP instead, but I had driven all the way from Anthony and no fucking way I was just gonna give up.

I paid my $10 fee (one would think that if the place is dead they would way the fee or give a discount; then again, if suckers like me pay the full price, why would they charge less). Only one stage and there are walls separating the main area from the entrance, bar and hallway to the bathrooms, so if you are sitting at the bar you will not have a clear view of the stage. Now, I hate hustle as much as the next guy, but at the same time I appreciate if a girl approaches me and strikes up a conversation. Not here. I only saw 4 girls (who knows where the 5th one was) and all were pretty much hanging out with each other. I drank one Corona, watched a chubby girl undress, went to the bathroom (which was disgusting) and left. Sorry Tequila Sunrise, you fell far below my expectations
