"Meh" Experience

For no good reason, I've always passed on Rick's in favor of other clubs, so I recently gave it a try for the first time. I don't feel like going back any time soon.

It was happy hour, and the hottest girl in the club was a waitress who honestly wasn't very friendly. The dancers were friendly and seemed pretty willing to chat and get to know you before "the ask", but they were all average looking at best.

The lack of a pole on stage was different. Not sure I liked it, to be honest. It feels weird to say it, but a pole gives the ladies something to do with their hands and makes the stage time more interesting. Without a pole, I felt like I was just watching a woman walk around naked on a stage. I'm probably being too hard on this part. I might have liked it more if I had found the ladies more attractive.
