It has a been a while...

It has a been a while since I visited the Joker. A friend recommeneded it as a good after work place to grab a beer and hang out. The happy hour drink specials are really good. The prices are great, but the scenery wasn't that appetizing. The seating is made up of mostly bar type tables that sit high and are some what comfortable. The decor is typical of a strip club, dark, pictures of porn stars and feature dancers on the walls. The place is on the small side, but still has plenty of room to move around. There are two stages, a main stage toward the back of the club and a small bar stage that is opposite the actual bar.

The girls in the afternoon are not the best but a few of the women that dance in the evening are very nice. Sad to say that the attractive ones are the minority. There are no table dances and only VIP dances which are quite pricey. I did not have a VIP dance so I can't comment on them. One of the girls attempted to sell my friend and I and said that they were worth it. The club was a fairly friendly place. Most of the dancers did not hassle you and the bartenders were very courteous and prompt. This is a great place to catch a drink after work, perhaps the rest of the club will improve over time.
