Came here on a Saturday night. Costs $20 to get up to the Upper Brass. I would say if you are looking for a bit more of a classier crowd and a more chill atmosphere, the $20 is worth it.

Vibe: The vibe is very laid back, dim lighting. Wasn't too crowded when i went (compared to downstairs where it was completely packed). Music wasn't overwhelming and the girls were not overly aggressive (unlike some places). Only complaint is there was a bit too much Top 40 music for my liking.

The Dancers: There were usually around 10-15 girls in the Upper Brass at any one time, but they circulate between the upper and lower levels. The girls were very friendly in general, willing to chat with you for a bit before getting to business. If I ever turned someone down because they weren't my type, they were never rude about it. I would say the average girl was a 6 or 7, but there were definitely some 9 and 10s in the mix, you just have to be patient. I major plus for me was that there were some pretty attractive Asians (Asian fetish), which I found rare in Toronto. Had a chance to get a dance from this one blond girl. 10/10, very enthusiastic, clearly loves her job and rocking body.
