Trying out RI

After hearing a lot of good things about the clubs in providence I decided to take a drive and check things out for myself.

I went on a Friday afternoon after a half day of work and was surprised to see a packed parking lot. The lots was packed but otherwise fine. No cover when I arrived which was nice. Inside it was pretty busy, which was also suprising. I noticed that 90% of the customers were seated around the two bar areas with maybe coupled up with a girl. I decided to take a less crowded seat to the side and get the scope of the club.

This was a lot different than most places I've been and I agree with the sentiment that it's a 'locals' club. A fair amount of girls were working but over a couple of hours there they barely left the guy they were seated with, unless they were called to dance. The main stage was more of a finality than a show, most dancers going through the motions of bringing their guy to the stage to sit on stage next to them and continue their chat.
