Figured Since I am writing others - might as well do this one (based on April 2017).

When I went into here, somehow I managed to sneak past bertha for the first hour, as soon as bartender realized I didn't buy a drink I got hounded and was told 'there is a 1 drink limit enforcement'. So got my water - early in day still, and went back to my thing.
