Gone Way Downhill

Well my last review of this place is well over 2 years old; so an update is definitely due. Went on Friday night, got there about 7:30pm. THe place has never been know for being "upscale" in any way; hell the roof used to leak for years. The bar has changed ownership recently; about 3 months ago from what I was told. The new owner has gutted the place pretty bad and still has it open and running during this "remodel" phase. The place is a total wreck.

Walking around in that bar is a hazard in of itself. There was no cover when I entered as there was no door man until sometime after 9 or 10; so I can't comment on cover charge amount. Drink prices are about what I have experienced at other clubs around the area. The dancers have really gone to hell. The place was never known for having playboy model types; but they were decent and very friendly; high mileage stuff. Now, none of the dancers I saw was above a 4; and that is being generous. And as for mileage; forget it; it doesn't happen.

The rather sorry DJ that always been there constantly yapping his stupid schtick is still there; but now he is the manager as well as the DJ. In the end, was not worth pulling even into the parking. Would not recommend this place unless you are stuck in Marion and cannot go anywhere else and are extremely hard up that you need to see just any semi-naked women.
