Two visits in one review

In Columbus for work for a bit, I ended up at Kahoots twice. On a previous visit, I'd determined that I probably liked it better than at least one of the other clubs in town - though there might be less contact than others, there's also far less hustle and hotter girls, which means I can just relax quietly and enjoy a show for a little while.

On Monday night (which I expect to be slower), there was no cover around 9. Bartender was cute and friendly, so I grabbed a drink and went to the main room to watch the dancers. There weren't any. There was a group of 4 guys that had 25-30 empty glasses piled up around them and a couple of bound stacks of $1 bills on the rail. 20 minutes went by, and suddenly Honey came out to dance. While the guys tried to impress her with their bundle of 1s, it came out that they'd been there for 2 hours with no dancers present at all. Honey was relatively cute, but also not up to the standards I'd seen before. After I finished my drink and it was clear that she was the only dancer around, I tossed a couple bucks on the rail and left.

On Wednesday, with a couple hours to kill before my flight, I went back for lunch (which had been good before). Still no cover; 6 or 7 girls this time, all right around a 7 or so, and some actual pole tricks from about half of them. Absolutely no hustle, as they'd either sit with a regular between rotations or were eating their own lunches. The ones that came by me saw I was eating and largely left me alone. Standout dancers might have been Brittany and Toxic, though everyone gave some extra attention and contact to the extraordinarily elderly patrons who tipped. Dances are $30 each, with a 2 for 1 fairly often. I had to go before the special was announced, so again threw a couple bucks on the rail and called it a day.
