Ghost Town

Very quiet in here on a late-ish weekday evening. And very unappealing dancers. I paid a whopping big cover charge ($8? IIRC) to arrive in a room that was about a thousand times too large for the minuscule number of people inside of it. There are three or four bars cycled around the place, one was open, another kept automatically lighting up whenever one or another song's particular beat came on.

There are ramps up and down here and there to get into raised or lowered seating areas. As best I could tell, this probably was built to be a "high end" dance-club not for strip-club use, but then got converted? Don't know. The front foyer is like the size of the reception area of a five-star hotel, with brick built-in booth and reception desk, for example.

The restroom was spacious, clean, so deep inside the cave of a building that I didn't get cell-phone reception there. But for all the glitz and lighting and size of infrastructure, there were only three women visible working as dancers, and two and a half of them should never have even THOUGHT about removing their clothing in public. I guess if I had been really drunk? No. Not even. I used to be very interested in back-room services of the extras and so-forth variety, but I frankly did not see a woman whom I would wish to take back there.
