Haven't been to VIP in over a year and a half.

We parked in the public lot in back of buildings and walked in between stores to get to front entrance. Not sure if spaces are monitored, so we paid for a couple of hours at the parking kiosk.

Stopped in with my friend around 4pm on Monday and stayed longer than I thought we would.
