July 4th - slow day

Had a late flight out of SDF and some time to kill, so what better way to kill it than at a SC? First stop, TL was closed. Ouch. Next up, Foxy Lady. The bouncer was unlocking the doors when I pulled into the lot. He apologized and said some girls were "coming in soon." By this point, I was thinking I might just go to the airport and skip the clubs. But, I didn't give up. I drove on down the street and saw a promising SW. But, I thought to myself, let's see if Deja Vu is open. At the corner of Berry and Taylor I saw another possible SW, but her pimp was hanging around with her, so I definitely moved along on that one.

I pulled into the lot at Deja Vu. Not too many cars, not a good sign. But, as I got out of the truck, I recognized Bama, the manager chatting with some guy in just outside the door to the club. The place is a little rough on the outside, the doors look like they could use some attention and the paint is a little faded. Chatted a second with Bama and she assured me that I'd like the dancer who was working, Brandy.

Inside the club, I paid the admission and chatted a little more with Bama. She introduced Brandy, who immediately lead me to a table well away from the door. "So we could have a little privacy." The club is middle of the road strip club in terms of decor. Lots of mirrors, and black lights. The lighting is pretty good around and on the stage, but it's fairly subdued elsewhere. Although I could see well enough. Brandy was in fact the only dancer, although I found out later that Bama would dance if a custy wanted.
