Rising dance pricing

Dance prices seem to be rising at the Kit Kat club. On my last visit, there was only one dancer there, who was talking to patrons at the bar, but the stage was empty. She was charging $40 per dance. On previous visits, dances were offered from other dancers for $20. Dances here tend to be more on the air dance side, making $40 surprisingly high.

This is often a good club for athletic stage shows, but it wasn't the case this time with only one dancer. There was happy hour until 7 with $2 PBR, and $1 off drafts.

The club itself has a good burlesque-themed vibe in terms of layout and decor, and it's comfortable to have a drink there. The bathroom is usually pretty gross, with the appearance of being abused by downtown transients. In general, not bad for a happy hour drink, sometimes athletic stage shows, but not a good value for dances, and sometimes low dancer staffing.
