Fuegos has reopened after being shut down for 6 months. My previous visit was a couple of years ago so I can’t properly compare pre-shutdown Fuegos to now. Well cellphones are still banned. At 9:30 the cover was $12. I assume that it goes up to $22 after 10:00. There are now 7-foot barriers around both side VIP and the middle rear VIP areas which makes the club feel small.

The side VIP areas no longer have benches. Now they have armless furniture chairs. A few of the old side benches have been moved to the middle VIP. In the middle VIP, there are a couple sofas in front of the rear stage and the rest of the seating consist of the same chairs in the side VIP. There are 2 women’s bathrooms and 1 men’s bathroom. The men’s bathroom was clean but still small and cramped with little privacy.

The club was pretty dry. There were about 15 dancers with about 50/50 black/latina split. There weren’t many customers either. Fuegos used to have radio commercials but I haven’t heard any lately. They had a stage rotation coordinated and announced by the DJ. I didn’t see any of the dancers remove any clothing on stage. In fact, I saw no nudity in the club at all. I assume Fuegos is now a bikini club. There are no more $10 floor dances. All dances are in VIP which require customers to have a $10 wristband. VIP dances are $15.
