Awesome experience but I would need a favour

Hi just want to say that I have been there couple of times and I had a great time. The management, the dancers and the the staff were very friendly and helpful had a great time. However last time when I was there with a friend I had to leave within 30 min due to some emergency and I felt the entry fees could have been refunded. Is there a way I can get it refunded or get it adjusted the next time I visit the club.
