Want to Buy a Strip Club?

I was there last week and they are not closed. The address is deceiving because it is actually on Warren-Salem rd. ( the old one ) but the address is Tod av, the improved rt45. Warren Salem rd is almost like a jug handle to rt 45. It cuts off, then returns.

The property is for sale. I'm a local realtor, but it's not my listing. The listing company has had it for over 500 days without selling it. They don't mention anywhere what the business is. There is a nice piece of land that it sits on. IMHO the building should be replaced by a parking lot for an improved larger club sitting back a little more. It's isolated enough to be out of sight and out of mind to the neighbors and the policy of making it a private club keeps the thugs away. If you're interested in seeing it, I can take you in and introduce you as an investor. The owner is often there, but the fun in the club is kinda depressed until she leaves.
