Full Week

Was in Tampa for an entire week from June 19 to 25 and stopped in the Mons every night from Mon to Sun, including the dayshift Mon to Fri. The club set up is pretty much the same as it has been since I first went there in 2003. The only thing new I found was that they let you buy a cup for $3 and you can fill it w/ alcoholic drink and bring it into the club instead of having to drink it in the parking lot.

$20 cover charge and they open at noon and close at 5am Sun to Thurs, and 6am Fri and Sat. Get a hand stamp and come/leave as you wish. If you come in during the day and plan to come back later at night, ask them to stamp your arm above the wrist instead of the back of your hand so that you don’t accidentally wash off the stamp in between day/night visits. Dances negotiable $20-$30; I never paid more than $20, as most dancers would do 2 for $40 (only had one that would only do 2 for $50, so I passed). Dancers were friendly, not pushy, and don’t get upset if you pass on their sales pitch.

Here’s my take on dancers for the day shift: visited Mon 3 to 4:30 pm (6 dancers/6 customers), Tues and Wed 2:30 to 4 pm (3 dancers/4 customers and 4 dancers/5 customers, respectively), Thurs 12:30 to 2pm (3 dancers/me), Fri 12:30 to 1pm (2 dancers/3 customers). A couple more dancers usually come in around 4, so I’m told. There could have been more dancers in the back, but unlikely. Manager would require a dancer to go on stage if there is a customer.
