Good time as usual at Ricks

I have been going to this club for about 12 years. It used to be called Joy of Austin and was one of my all time favs. Still a great club and usually has a good lineup regardless of time. The club gets absolutely slammed on the weekends...you've been warned!

The layout of the club not including the VIP area is a little cramped and gets crowded. The VIP area is spacious and has a private section of the bar...definately worth the upcharge.

As you enter the club area (after clearing the cover charge area), there is a main stage to the right and two satellite stages straight ahead. There is a bar to the right (which connects to the VIP area) and one to the left.
