NB Elite is a massage parlor located in the same plaza as the nightclub Cats. It has a very nice interior and about 6-8 rooms.

Drinks

They only have wine there and it's $10-15 for a small bottle. Last time I was there they had two types, one with with 8% alcohol and one with 13% alcohol, no beer or liquor. You can bring the wine into the room with you and drink it with the girl. You basically wont be going here to drink so come to this place after you've had your drinks or before because there will be no lounging around at tables here sipping on beer. You basically just come here to have sex with a girl then leave. The good news about that is your drink tab will be little to none and the only money you should be spending is on the room.
