where was everyone

So, I've been to Red Door a number of times in the past. I don't live in Louisville anymore, but am back for a few weeks and decided to see what had changed. I went in a little after 8 on Thursday and saw a man, the bouncer I assume, and a woman behind the bar but no dancers. The bartender said she was in back, but after drinking a beer "she" still hadn't come out front so I left.

The inside has been remodeled since I was last there, but only to the point of moving the VIP area from one side of the club to the other and reducing it's privacy to almost nothing. In the past it was larger and much more enclosed, but now it's little more than 2 diner booths with lattice boards on each end and hanging "ribbons"(I don't know what they're called) over the front. Privacy seems to be nonexistent anymore.

All in all I was pretty disappointed and don't think I'll be back anytime soon.
