Club is Permanently Closing on June 19, 2017

I saw an article in one of the local newspapers (The Citizen's Voice) that reported the club is permanently closing. I took a picture of the article but don't see a way to attach it here.

Apparently, the club has violated liquor laws and possibly other things. In an agreement with the district attorney, the owner has agreed to close the club on June 19th. After that, he must transfer ownership to his son in order to keep the real estate. However, it cannot re-open as a strip club, nightclub or any other similar club. It can re-open as a sports bar. No real loss, because the place had become a dump. However, the 3 options in the area long ago (Toppers, The Cabaret and The Inn Between) are now gone.
