Reliable friction lapper from old faithful

After making a delivery in nearby Franklin Park, I decided to stop in to Louie's for an afternoon refreshment. Nothing much has changed since my last visit regarding ambiance. The slot machines were more in use than I had seen before. There were only a handful of lapper options, a new one of which was wearing something like a winter coat over very little else. She looked emaciated as if detoxing from a meth bender. Ugh.

Fortunately, I was almost immediately accosted by an old faithful, wild Brooke. As usual, I was regaled with tales of financial and emotional crisis. When in the right mood, her crazy red hair and tats add to a delicious feeling which one does not get when one resides in the suburbs. You gotta be in the right mood. Chatting with Brooke is often a turbulent, entertaining, scary journey. Barside, I enjoyed 3 lappers for $10 each with tip. As usual, she showed plenty of attention to the little prince. She gets it. I tried to discuss OTC, but must have lacked game. I am curious if anyone has successfully OTC'd with Brooke?

As I had another stop to make, I had to wrap it up, finish my drink and more along.
