Tip rail, OK; Lap dance, meh!

Friday evening visit to Diamond Cabaret and the place was filled with customers, of which maybe 15% were women. In general, the dancers were attractive, in-shape younger women; only a few were surgically augmented. The tip rails seem to be where the action is in this club. The club features several round, raised stages surrounded by comfortable chairs and guys (and some gals) tipping the dancer on their respective stage.

The stage routines were decent and featured some interaction with the customers at the tip rails and an occasional girl-on-girl segment with either another dancer or some of the more adventurous female customers. The dancers seemed to do very well with stage tipping, often collecting more than 100 singles for their stage performance.

In contrast, the lap dance options were seriously over priced ($50/song) and relatively boring (for a nude lap dance). The upstairs cubicles are not especially private and the attendant monitors the booths for customers who are pushing or breaking the club rules (no touching between the legs, by either dancer or customer). Perhaps more experienced customers have found a way to have a good lap dance experience, in spite of the club restrictions?
