Lesson Learned

Made a trip to Pure Gold for the first time in a few weeks. Parking lot is relatively safe, but you need to park close to the entry door. I've had my car keyed once, unfortunately there.

One good thing is you should buy the 6-month VIP membership. Allows you to only pay $7 each time regardless of the time of night for 6 months. Lot cheaper than springing for almost $20 admission if you can't find a Sac News & Review for the discount coupon.

PG is basically a juice bar. Self serve soft drinks. They do serve food, but do you honestly want to eat in such an establishment? The place has a few different VIP areas for dances. I'd recommend the Gold Room, but be sure to bargain exactly for what you want. Had a bad experience with a blonde whom I bargained for the $5 to turn the lights off in the Gold Room. Normal protocol is you pay the gal and she pays the $5. She kept requesting more $...I just walked out of the club.
